CROOKHAM TRAVEL IN 2009 – YEAR 32!
Welcome to our advance prospectus for 2009. As regular clients will know planning is well under way for most of our tours next year. This list is issued to enable you to plan your year productively and make sure you do not miss out on a place on your preferred trip. New readers will be welcome but should note that our tours fill quickly and early booking is very advisable. By registering your interest now, you will be assured of being able to book your place when the individual tour brochures are issued.
The railways’ now-usual method of dealing with advance bookings means that we can usually get the best fares about 10 weeks in advance. Informed guesses from past experience and other information is used to suggest the order of cost of this item.
It has been a very busy last few years trying to meet the demand of our very regular members whose support is much appreciated and seems to justify the time spent on the organisation. In the present climate costs for some items (especially coach & rail fares) are bound to rise but the reduction in disposable income for many can mean that more competitive hotel rates can be obtained where competition exists. You can rest assured that our tours will continue to be realistically priced and very good value for your money.

In accordance with "The Package Travel,Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992". All passengers booking our weekend tours are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to Crookham Travel, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Crookham Travel. A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each passenger as evidence of cover at time of booking. This insurance has been arranged by Our Way Travel Insurance through International Passenger Protection Ltd and underwritten by Insurers who are members of the Association of British Insurers
